Anti-Money Laundering
Ready Property will act as diligent and prudent business entity and therefore will seek any advice or co-operate with government bodies to ensure the regulatory process takes place to prevent any form of money laundering. Ready Property will be watchful of the suspicious activities and report to National Crime Agency.
Ready Property will adopt Anti Money Laundering rules, with specific emphasis on the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, the Bribery Act 2010, and the Terrorism Act 2000.
Ready Property policy commitment is applicable to all customers, including vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants. Henceforth, Ready Property is allowed to maintain and retain for a period of at least five years evidence vis a vis to the customers' identity and, where appropriate, Ready Property obtains proof of ownership of property and source/destination of funds. Ready Property will then decide whether to proceed or not with the arrangements. Customer's identity will be subject to an electronic identity check, which may also include a credit check.
Ready Property is registered and supervised by HM Revenue & Customs for compliance with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017.
