1.1 Deal is a tenancy agreement, concluded between a landlord, who is represented by the Agent, and Client, found due to the use of Ready Services.

1.2 If a Deal is concluded due to the use of Ready Services, the Agent shall send, not later than the 0th day from the date of conclusion of the Deal, to Ready at [email protected] a letter, indicating a price of tenancy according to the Deal in question.

1.3 Subject to the information indicated in Agent’s letter, Ready will send in reply within a period of 0th days an invoice with the detailed calculation of the Service Fee due from Agent.

1.4 Agent shall pay the outstanding amount of the Service Fee within a period of 0th days from the day of sending the invoice to the Agent’s e-mail.

1.5 Ready Service Fee is determined for each separate Deal. It constitutes 5% of the price of tenancy under each Deal.

1.6 If Agent has any objections to the amount of the Service Fee, he/she may contact us at 0 until the expiry of a period indicated in paragraph 1.4. In case of absence of any objections to the invoice we consider it as a tacit consent with all the calculations and the payment shall be conducted in accordance with the above provisions.

1.7 The Agents indicate the monthly price for Accommodations in every Proposal at their sole discretion. The Proposal price shall be inclusive of the tenancy price and Ready Service Fee in consideration for the use of Ready App. The Proposal price is payable by the Client to the Agent directly to the latter’s bank account, indicated in the communications between them. Ready is not in any way a party to any payment operations between Users or any tenancy agreements.
